Whether you are wanting to do some laps swimming, or simply want to have a cooling plunge on a warm summer’s day, you won’t find a better place to do both than our temperature-controlled indoor pool.

The indoor pool is open Monday to Friday from 6am – 7.30pm, Weekends and Public Holidays from 7am- 6pm.
